Deadline for Paper Submission; Tuesday, October 21, 2025
Abstracts to be presented at the meeting should contribute to scientific advancement and include a clear conclusion message. Since abstracts submitted online will be published as they are received, please ensure that they are free of typographical or grammatical errors. Authors are solely responsible for any such errors.
For the 21st National Pediatric Emergency Medicine and Intensive Care Congress, abstracts will be grouped under two categories in the online submission system: “Pediatric Emergency” and “Pediatric Intensive Care.”
For abstracts to be submitted on behalf of the 17th National Pediatric Emergency and Intensive Care Nursing Congress, please select the “Nursing” category in the online submission system.
To ensure your abstract is evaluated in the correct category, please pay close attention when selecting the “Abstract Category.”
At the first stage, you are kindly requested to indicate your preferred presentation type as oral or poster. However, since the number of oral presentation slots is limited, even if you select “oral presentation,” you may be asked to present your abstract as a poster.
Full-text submissions must be uploaded to the system within 15 days following the acceptance date. This deadline will not be extended. The preparation guidelines for the full text are listed below.
To complete your congress registration, please notify the congress organizing company of your registration request and transfer the registration fee to the specified bank account. For detailed information, please refer to the “Registration” section of our website.
Participants whose abstracts are accepted are kindly requested to complete their registration by November 15, 2025.
Important Note:
If you wish to update your submitted abstract before the submission deadline, please contact us via our support addresses. After your request, the status of your abstract will be reverted to the previous stage for editing.
Resubmitting the same abstract (even with updates) under a different abstract number is not appropriate, as it may cause issues during the evaluation process.
